Kaneo gathers everything your customers write to your business in one place: emails from your inboxes and messages from the form on your website. Each message becomes an inquiry that your team can assign, answer and follow up on. The assistant, Neo, reads along, sorts the messages and writes the replies for you.
Meet Neo
Neo knows your business from what you tell her: your website, your knowledge base and the tone you have chosen. At first, she writes a draft and you press send yourself. Once you trust her, you can let her answer on her own whenever she knows the answer.
If she gets something wrong, tell her. She remembers the correction next time.
