Connect Apacta (jobs for tradespeople)
Let Neo turn a call into a customer and a job in Apacta, find your API key in Apacta, paste it into Kaneo, and choose when jobs are created.
If you run jobs and projects in Apacta, you can connect it to Kaneo. A call or an inquiry then becomes a customer and a job in Apacta, with the customer's name, number, address and what it's about. It's free, and only an administrator can set it up.
You find it under Integrationer → Apacta ("Integrations → Apacta") in the menu.
1. Find the API key in Apacta
Every Apacta user has their own API key. You don't need to apply to Apacta for access.
Log in to Apacta and open Indstillinger → Yderligere indstillinger ("Settings → Additional settings").
Copy the API key. If you can't see it, ask Apacta's support.
Jobs are created in the name of the Apacta user the key belongs to. A user everyone recognises, such as the office, works well.
2. Paste the key into Kaneo
Paste the key under API-nøgle fra Apacta ("API key from Apacta") and click Tjek og gem nøglen ("Check and save the key"). We check it with Apacta before it's saved, encrypted.
3. Choose when jobs are created
Everything is off until you switch it on:
- Opret kunde og sag efter hvert opkald ("Create customer and job after every call"), when the call ends and Neo took a message with a name, number, address and what it's about. The customer is found by phone number or created.
- Neo må oprette sager i telefonen ("Neo may create jobs on the phone"), Neo creates the job during the call, once the customer has said yes to what she reads back.
Either way, one call gives at most one job. And you can always click Opret sag i Apacta ("Create job in Apacta") in an inquiry yourself.
